The downside is that, because it is so small, it is not as efficient at opening bottles as the much larger Gropener. It is still serviceable, but not the easiest to use.The Gropener is a dream. It opens bottles so easily, its a joy to use. I really can't rave about it enough, except for the fact that is too large and bulky for every day carry.My recommendation is to get both, carry the Throttle Opener with you. And keep the Gropener at home for the usual use.
