Furthermore, sugar acts as a humectant, pulling in moisture from the environment and retaining it within your skin. After using this sugar scrub, you will be left with invigorated, healthy skin that is better able to retain moisture. You can use the scrub on your entire body to maximize its exfoliating and rejuvenating effects. Apply the scrub while taking a shower or bath, and rinse it off with water.
