I’m mentioning this because everyone’s hair is different and may work differently for you. **Q: I'm having trouble to open the pump. How do I release it, so it would pump out the conditioner?** A: Make sure the pump is secure, then turn the pump counter clock wise **Q: Is this safe on bleach blond hair?
