Pushing a square patch through with a jag can be hard (I’ve addressed that problem in two ways: 1. With scissors, make 3 or 4 cuts around the patch’s perimeter; and 2. Bought Tipton’s cleaning pellets :) To address two of the negative reviews, 1. The pellets come off when going back and forth. In doing two or three passes and not going past the muzzle, I have not yet had one come off. 2. Pellet lint came off in the barrel and ruined a barrel brush. After using three pellets with BoreTech eliminator and going B&F, I used a clean, dry pellet followed by synthetic patch. I found two small (~.2mm) on the patch. I also rolled a pellet over Scotch tape, and I did see 7 small pieces of lint. I compared touching a cotton flannel square patch, and again lint showed up on the tape.
