Review: Very Nice - And Scary - Detailed Muscle Chart - This is a great chart that can affect your dreams if you let it. Very detailed to the point of "wow, I almost didn't want to know all this." For aches and pains it comes in handy to try to find which muscles to rub and how they interconnect. I've found that even though a pain may come from one area, it can be caused by a bunched up muscle a ways away. In other words, even though the pain is here, doesn't mean rubbing here will help. . . Another great resource for dealing with muscle pains is "Trigger Point Therapy." Get it - you won't be disappointed.

This is a great chart that can affect your dreams if you let it. Very detailed to the point of "wow, I almost didn't want to know all this." For aches and pains it comes in handy to try to find which muscles to rub and how they interconnect. I've found that even though a pain may come from one area, it can be caused by a bunched up muscle a ways away. In other words, even though the pain is here, doesn't mean rubbing here will help. . . I liked that it was sturdy and the illustration was very detailed. Can easily mount it on the wall. It is also portable, because it folds in half, making it a convenient size.
