The case is rigid enough to protect from falls yet flexible to not be bulky to the touch. The elastics hold switch console on place firmly on the bottom part and is roomy enough so nothing presses against the screen or buttons. When using it as a stand the elastics go perfectly over the switch's black bars on the screen so nothing is obstructing view. It's a generic Chinese case with a logo slaped on it. You can find the same case in 10 other stores on Amazon . What you are hoping for is that you buy the case from a decent company who honours warranties. Main reason I bought this case. But the game holder part sucks pretty bad. The games face up towards the storage compartment. The place where u store chargers and stuff. Well the case should be a little deeper because all that stuff presses right up agaisnt your games when zipped shut. That pressure can damage them. So the flap gets a 3 out of 5 for the raiting-switch holder: the bottom holds the switch, have 2 bands to keep it from moving. Fits right and has a pull out ribbon.
