I use on my hands without numbing and I was fine. I followed with retinol for better product penetration and I had a nice at home treatment. If I could compare this to MP I do at work it's like kindergarten to college.Can you use it? Yes! Any tool that will help to stimulate skin is great. I guess I didn't realize how worn down my prior micro tip attachment was until I got my new one! I'm not going to sugar coat it, it's uncomfortable for sure, you adjust, but still, it's not for the faint of heart. Lots of Criss cross rolling over the same sensitive spots, but the next day, after proper serum application, the brightness & clarity is amazing! I love the way it reduces scars & wrinkles, good, but slightly painful product.
