The “jewel” is plastic and it is hot glued onto a piece of silvery plastic. It is something you’d get from those prize dispensers outside the grocery store that you put a quarter into and receive a plastic shell with a toy inside. It is exactly the same thing you’d get in a package of party favors or on top of a cupcake. It comes on a string that is silver and stretchy. It went into the trash the day it arrived.
