I find it has a great taste and it's very relaxing. It also has herbs, vitamins and minerals.It arrives every month and I get an email from amazon when the shipment is due. Very occasionally there's is a problem with availability, and on those very odd times I have to use a substitute. I notice the difference striaght away. Thankfully it doesn't often occur.As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm asleep all night.The tea is very calming and caffeine free which is very important when drinking before going off to bed. Its a little expensive but well worth the money. The packet is purple colour and has a simple design and logo.I've tried other night time drinks I find this is the best one for me. The flavour is very subtle and not other over powering. The ingredients are some natural ones blackcurrant, cinnamon, lavender flowers and cherry along with some other ones too.
