We started with short time periods and are building up. It immediately made her posture better. Over a couple of days, she started to have less pain and started to naturally sit correctly. The brace is soft and comfortable. Sometimes so severe that I had to take prescription muscle relaxants to relieve it. I used this brace when I felt pain in my back/neck. For most of us it is always the Trapezius muscle. I wore this for few hours and my pain was relieved. I use it now as sooon as I feel my muscles tensed. On a side note, I also noticed how great my posture has become. My posture/ chest def looks more staright.I am buying this now for my parents!
