She had little to no range of motion in her ankle and her calves to her hips were extremely tight. The loop bands have been so much nicer than the strips that the PT clinic gave us since these don't fall off, she has something to grip as she stretches and we can grab them as well. There has been a noticeable difference in what she gets out of the exercises as well as her frustration going down with less issues caused by the strips.I highly recommend these for anyone in need of exercise or PT since they work fantastic, easy to store in the pouch and drop in to a drawer and are far more reliable than anything I've encountered since we have started PT (8+ weeks). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Pilates and workouts *by T***H on October 27, 2015* I use this band in my Pilates class and for weights workouts at home.
