Review: Effective - They work well, very comfortable. Good for running.
Review: Seems to be good quality materials - Seems to be good quality materials. Time will tell how well it will last. Arch does not feel obtrusive for me and i have a medium height arch. Much better feel than a pair of footactive soles i have that feel too high in the arch (or the arch is too far forward). Sole is not very soft compared to others i've had like the Dr. Scholls.... but the cupped heel is supposed to allow your natural heel padding be more effective. Arch support is quite stiff so i expect it will hold its shape for some time. They are very comfortable from 1st use for me.... feet feel well stabalised in shoe with these soles. currently using in a pair of running shoes for everyday use (mostly walking).... intend to also use in work boots at my job so time will tell how well they last and if indeed they are worth 40p !!
