Only buy USA model to get any warranty from Panasonic. **Q: is there a voicemail feature?** A: Voicemail is controlled by the system, not the phone. This phone requires a phone system to work. It is not a standalone phone **Q: Is there a trick to getting this phone to work with a cordless handset? I plug it in and it just displays "check tel line".** A: I have used a Plantronics Bluetooth Headsets and it's amazing, however it is expensive. It comes with a receiver that's plugged into the phone and your Bluetooth stays with you and works for a ranch of up to 350 ft.
