I was disappointed at the fact that after slipping it on it rolled upward from the bottom. This probably wouldn't be an issue if I were only using it w/ the DVD & then sitting around for an additional 8 mins. I ordered a size 2 per the size instructions & expected the garment to fit snug & stay is place during my workout. However, I am a womens' size 14 w/ a small pouch under my belly button so maybe I should have ordered the smaller size but I thought that would have been too small. Nonetheless, I pulled it down to the top of my hips & tucked it in my under garments & workout capris.
