A: Your fine.  The tow bar is what too worry about.

I have this bumper. https://www.amazon.com/LEDKINGDOMUS-Crawler-Bumper-Wrangler-Textured/dp/B01NAGVMGX/ref=pd_ybh_a_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=MCVV9ZQ9Q8MGX93QR5X5   Those tow bar adapters fit through the hole perfectly in terms of diameter, but there is a fair amount of left/right movement along the pin.  I fixed that by putting large washers on the insides of the adapter.

**Q: Will this work if the width of the d ring mount on the bumper is 1"?  not the hole, the width of the mount on the bumper of my jeep. thanks!**
A: I ran this on my ACE Engineering front bumper and it also has 1" thick d-ring mounts. So yes it will work.
