I have tried others and decided to switch after little difference from taking them and not taking them. I am an avid exerciser and take this in the morning before my workout. 30-60 minutes later-workout is finished and I am able to have a protein shake, a yogurt, or a couple of eggs and be satisfied until lunchtime. I have to remind myself to take the garcinia cambogia again 60 min before lunch. That is a little more difficult because I am not thinking of food. I have learned to set a timer. I must say that my appetite has definitely decreased. I don't crave carbs as much as I used to either. I don't know if it is supposed to have that affect but I'll take it. So far I'm impressed.
