I was having red light therapy at my doctors office to heal my back that had fractured. Although the device he used was much much stronger than this, it definitely helps. I just use short sessions often. It is sleek and sturdy, easy to hold and guide it over the area that needs the therapy. Rechargeable, and very much worth the money. It comes with the dark glasses for eye protection and a sturdy case to safely hold every thing. I use it on my sore joints, and to heal my broken spider veins. I wish I had bought my own sooner.
