Customer service was fantastic and a new one was in the mail immediately. She has always worn a collar and a leash, so this was a traumatic experience for our dog. She fell down when I put it on, and was apparently unable to walk due to the great weight (3oz?). After putting it on her for a few times she is now able to stand up and even took a few steps with it on. She's a corgi and quite the drama queen. We love it (her owners more than she perhaps), it's pretty, sturdy, and was easy to size. It took two people to put it on her quivering, panting, trembling fat lil body, but she looks great it in! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sturdy *by U***Z on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2019* I bought a large for my 30 lb Heeler mix and it was too large (even cinched all the way down) so I ended up putting it on our 60 lb Black Lab and buying the Heeler a medium. They are both VERY sturdy material (almost stiff). The D rings on the back are very large. In the picture of the black/white dog there is a little leash attached (most sizing charts would call it a small) and it BARELY fits around the 2 D rings on the medium harness. We had a similar problem with the hook an her tie out and we were BARELY able to use it. It's not a bad thing but be aware you will need an appropriately sized leash/tie out. The colors are very pretty and these seemed to hold up to the dirt and camping very well. There is a center chest strap that sits between the front legs.
