    Fit is impossible without modifications

Product does not fit without alteration of mounting brackets.  If the brackets are mounted to the back window the bolts don’t stick up through the louvers if the brackets are bolted to the louvers it won’t reach the back window.  Fit is impossible.  2004 350z
