I think that anyone that is making pulled pork or chicken should grab a pair. They are quite sharp, however, so keep away from kids and take care when cleaning them.I'm only giving it three stars since the bottoms of the claws are open and have nook/cranies where food can get stuck in. It's a little more difficult to clean than if they would have found a way to mold them with those closed off. They are super sharp and pointy. I'm toying with filing down the tips just a bit because if you reach into a drawer and they are in there, you are going to get hurt.
