Review: Great Flashlight, Great Company - I bought my MS18 flashlight in July of 2021, partially as a gimmick and partially because we go into the Appalachian mountains for off-roading and camping. You could get a lot of people talking and joking around a campfire with this thing. And at one point, a campsite neighbor mentioned seeing black bears and I got this out to spot them and was able to do so pretty quick. Anyways, flashlight is built well and works great. Can get hot, but if used properly it will last a long time. Once I had a question and reached out to Imalent, and the customer service was great. Even with the time zone difference, responses were daily and professional. They helped me get everything corrected and I could not be happier

I bought my MS18 flashlight in July of 2021, partially as a gimmick and partially because we go into the Appalachian mountains for off-roading and camping. You could get a lot of people talking and joking around a campfire with this thing. And at one point, a campsite neighbor mentioned seeing black bears and I got this out to spot them and was able to do so pretty quick. Anyways, flashlight is built well and works great. Can get hot, but if used properly it will last a long time. Once I had a question and reached out to Imalent, and the customer service was great. Even with the time zone difference, responses were daily and professional. They helped me get everything corrected and I could not be happier

Enough has been written about the incredible amount of light and / or the incredible amount of financial deficit this device is capable of generating. I just wanted to add that at lower levels, the thing will go for hours of illuminating work areas without getting hot, so there you go. Now you can stop tormenting yourself with the decision and buy the thing. Also, it is true that at full blast, it only puts out for about 30 seconds before going into fan overdrive and dimming, but let it sit for a minute and it will go again at full blast. Buy the thing, you know you want it and tomorrow you might get hit by a bus, so just buy it. You work very hard and deserve it. One last thing, don't drop it. I dropped my MS-12 and tweaked it. It still works but the fan makes a racket now, so I'm super careful with this one. If you have an MS-12 that doesn't work, unscrew the head a turn to disconnect it. Hold the power butten down until the red/green leds go out. Now try it. You're welcome.
