Each one, a vital nutrient that contributes to overall health and like all nutrients, deficiencies are best avoided. I ordered this as my first step into the world of brewers yeast. It's important to be reasonable with your expectations of some supplements. Rather than focus on what you 'feel' after taking them, sometimes it's better to think that you are reducing a future deficiency rather than creating an noticeable effect. It claims in the description to help sleep. I've never had a problem with sleeping, only a problem getting up but I can to some degree say that I feel the quality of sleep has improved in the sense that I feel a tad less tired in the morning and more refreshed and it may be debatable but I feel like I have more get up and go energy. Maybe all those B Vitamins cause this. The tablets I find are easy to take and aren't disgusting smelling or tasting and they don't produce horrid burps either like fish oil supplements can. I'm taking only two a day, suggestions can be a little more, they recommend 6 in 3 doses of 2 per day, but 2 a day seems to me safe and sensible.
