It worked great for a few years and still does work. The problem is the battery life is shorter now and the charging connection (port) does not work good anymore.I decided to buy a new Reloop Tape 2 from Amazon. This thing did not record my music at first for some reason. I used another sd card and seemed to do the trick for a bit. Then it stopped recording again and can't get it to work.Just like other people here, I can't return it anymore so now I'm stuck with this expensive junk. Reloop has no mention of warranty for this product. Never buying anything Reloop again. ### ⭐ Do Not Buy!!!!! *by J***N on September 11, 2021* Garbage product, will not record, tried several media cards. The computer does not recognize the card while in the device. The description says that it automatically shuts down if there is no signal for seven minutes. This thing shuts down every 3 minutes even with the signal detected. I thought I had a winner, turns out to be a $200 piece of garbage !9/30/23 Update:I’m happy to say a resolution has been accepted. Although I believe that a design change may be necessary, the unit does work well.
