A: It doesn't say except serving size 2 caplets. Apple cider vinegar powder. 90 days worth if you take 2 a day.Taste is not bad and no after taste. You can smell apple cidar smell. I have gout and I take one a day along with SportsResearch Organic Tart Cherry capsules 800 mg one a day. I have no more problems with gout. Gout or not. It is healthy for you. As you know. A: These are capsules the larger dosage (750mg) are “coated” tablets.

A: Google what is mother of apple cider vinegar: Strands of proteines, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky appearance.

**Q: What is a Vcap?**
A: Firstly, "Google is your friend." Maybe Wikipedia should be added to that. Anyway, the gelatin used for capsules is made from animal collagen. Vcaps are vegetable based instead.
