Review: A dramatic finale to the trilogy - Having been crowned 'Champion of Martial Arts', Sam returns to Canton to take up his official post of local Naval Commander and marry his long-suffering girlfriend. All is not well at home however and Sam finds himself battling Japanese pirates, along with more governmental corruption. In terms of martial arts action, this installment is the probably the lightest of the trilogy but this is made up for by a dramatic, tragedy-laden story, with a terrific central performance from Too-Siu Chung. His emotive performance ranges from sadness, to heroic to vengefulness; helping the trilogy reach a dramatically satisfying, if somewhat down-beat, conclusion.
