They believe there’s an issue with it and are working on replacing the defective one. Chris from Remo has been very helpful and I’m really impressed with their customer service. Edit 7/25/2022 At first this drum worked great, but over time I noticed that it didn’t sound the same or feel the same while using it. It sounds and feels like most of the beads have clumped together and no matter what I do it doesn’t help. Now this drum just sits there because it sounds horrible. I was worried that this drum may be too loud for me, but thankfully it isn’t. It’s really soothing to listen to and a joy to use. Shipping was very fast and I was surprised at how quickly it arrived.
