The Original Knee Strap is available in a range of sizes to ensure a better fit and maximum performance. Available in black and tan. For sizing measure the circumference below patella (kneecap). Sizing: XS (Less than 10"), Small (10 1/2" - 12 1/2"), Medium (12 1/2" - 14 1/2"), Large (14 1/2" - 16 1/2"), XL (16 1/2" - 18"), and XXL (18" - 21"). ## Questions & Answers

**Q: how well do they work with a TKA?**
A: I'm not a doctor, but if you have had total knee replacement, you shouldn't need a Cho-Pat strap.  The only bone structure left in the knee after replacement is the patella, and if it isn't staying in place you may need more surgery.  Again, I'm not a doctor, but I had a TKA, and I know people who had to have subsequent surgeries because of problems with their patella.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Is this good for an arthritic knee?  Or is the dual action one better for that?**
A: This has worked for me and I have moderate arthritis.  My husband also uses this and literally wears it all the time except for bed.
Never tried the dual action Cho-pat but that one seems to give more stability but looks more cumbersome in just looking at it.

**Q: How to clean the strap.**
A: Hand washing it is the best way, thank you.

Definitely helped patellar tendonitis but the Velcro strap is just ok. Have to adjust it too frequently in my opinion and sometimes it falls off on its own. Way better than chopat strap however
