My husband replaced the bolt assembly so I can use it. I didn't want t have to deal with the return since it such a big box. Just have to be careful when moving it so it doesn't loosen from the base and even though there is a lock on the pole to raise up or down, it will still pull up if you grab it and try to move it to another location. Otherwise it works well. I see the price has gone up about $10 since I purchased a week ago.
