It is a self published document (hardly can be called a book) with many grammatical errors and misspellings. As example, in one place we are told to look in the "Conner" of the program window. Obviously spell check recognized the word as a name and capitalized it, but didn't recognize it as the misspelling of the word corner. The manuscript is double spaced with large margins - otherwise it would be little more than a pamphlet. In some places our attention is called to the red highlighted portion of an image or the green "a" in the projects list image- only all images are black and white. Many of the images lack detail or are too small to see what is in them. Additionally it is a superficial overview of the program - with little to no details or examples of what each is or does or, for example, if the action can be "undone" once applied (a weld cannot be undone, for example). Everything covered in the book could be easily learned by just exploring the program interface and it's help menu. There are no sample projects. ### ⭐⭐ Waste of money - editor needed! *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2019* The book does cover the basics of Cricut operation, but honestly the grammar was so bad (Cricut is not capitalized ever and is spelled wrong at least once) it detracted from whatever knowledge I might have gotten from it. In the chapter about slicing, slicing is spelled slit, split, and I don't know what else. Hard to follow instructions if the commands are spelled wrong. ### ⭐ This book is a total waste of time *by H***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2019* This book is a total waste of time. The explanations were repetitive, unclear and I found several grammatical errors in the first few pages! The screenshots were so blurry and minuscule I couldn’t read them.
