Great to use while also receiving chiropractic treatment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ More like a pamphlet not a book and is only exercises *by R***A on December 27, 2024* I should have went through the reviews better as well as the description as I see now that several of them called out that this is not really a book, it only has 28 pages. But I agree that the content is very detailed and well explained. There is no in depth discussion about stabilization, just how to do each exercise and what each exercise aims to accomplish. At the price point, I am not sure if this is worth it. It is possible to print out similar exercises from multiple sites on the internet - but this is a good collection. I can see it being helpful to have nearby for a reference when doing exercises. Years ago I bought this other book "Spinal Stabilization - The New Science of Back Pain, 2nd Ed", this book is focused more on lower back pain but is really interesting to read the information presented and theories of how things are supposed to work and what happens when injuries or misuse happens etc. it is an older book but still relevant and helpful.
