We had similar problems with the second cheaper diffuser that I bought.Which is what prompted me to pay a bit extra for this one.... I am so glad I did.... with co2 you have to be very careful it remains consistent and this diffuser has been absolutely fantastic. We have had it on for several weeks now and the consistency of small disolvable bubbles has been absolutely brilliant we have absolutely no fluctuations in bubble flow what so ever. If your looking for a diffuser just pay the little bit extra and get this one....the extra you spend pays for itself in peace of mind that you are not going to return home to see your co2 levels sky high and your fish suffering! ### ⭐⭐ Not fit for purpose *by M***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 June 2020* I am just returning my 3rd one of these as they dont do what they are supposed to. The 1st was labelled wrongly on Amazon so I purchased the wrong size for my tank.The other 2 both behaved in the same way. Most of the CO2 escapes from the underside of the ceramic disc in large bubbles and a small amount of CO2 is diffused into tiny bubbles.The result is most of your valuable CO2 goes straight to the surface and there is no way your plants will benefit from that.There appears to be many satisfied customers so maybe im just unlucky. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not cheap but boy does it work!!!! Massive difference from those jbl glass ones that are either included in bio co2 packs or go around £3-7.I'm using this with jbl bio co2 and it lovely in my 125L tank.
