Review: Great case for Nikon 180-600 - This is a very good lens case and fits my Nikkor 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 very well. With the hood reversed there is modest snugness that gives confidence it will not rattle around in the case. Especially nice is the included padded filler collar; wrap it around the narrow end of the lens and it stabilizes it in the case. Build quality is very good, very close to Lowepro. The zipper end flap/cover gives a little resistance to opening when fully unzipped, then "pops" open to stay open, very convenient. The strap is good and has padding. The strap won't get twisted as the connections pivot where they connect to the case. As with any brand, I use gaffer tape on the strap spring closures to make sure they never come open by accident. The case is thicker and better padded than alternatives I bought and returned as inadequate.

Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 for Sony E mount should fit perfectly as well, since that is essentially the same lens with different branding. I believe the Tamron G2 version is slightly longer, so it might be a bit tight, but would probably fit. The case is sturdy, well padded, and comes at a reasonable price point. It's a bit bulky for throwing into a backpack, but it seems like it would protect the lens inside from even a pretty extreme impact. Short of a Pelican-style hard case this is about as good as it gets for protecting your camera gear.

Review for Bpaull, BL-0004L, "Camera Lens Case DSLR Camera Lens Bag Fits for Canon Nikon Pentax Sony Olympus Panasonic and Other Camera Lens". Finding the right size case that fits your item can be trial and error. I bought this case for my Canon RF 70-200 f2.8 lens, which is quite expensive. Even though I meticulously measured my lens and compared the manufacturer's specs, I may not have accounted for the extra 1/2" of height of the UV filters & caps. I could not get zipper closed. I could squeeze it close IF I removed the front and rear lens caps. But I am going to want to not have to wrestle it out of the case everytime I use it. I wish the manafacturers made it easier to determine if something fits. The quality of the bag seems decent and the price is fair. I would probably replace the plastic strap hooks/closures on the accompanying strap and use something more heavy duty/reliable... but for what it is I think it is a good product and attractively priced. I bought this case for my Canon RF 16mm f2.8 prime lens. The case fits this lens but it is very tight. You have to force it in and squeeze it out. I had seen another review that someone posted that said this lens was 'snug'... but this is a very tight fit. I wanted to be able to get my lens out of the case without a lot of squeezing/fussing. When I turn case upside down with lens it in, it is so tight it won't fall out. You have to really squeeze the case bottom to get it out. I have both front and rear caps on and a reverse hood. I wish manufacturers made it easier to determine what size case might fit your lens. Even the "pro" lens cases on B&H Photo Video are hard to decipher specs. Always account for the space your filter and caps take up. I think it is a good product and attractively priced. Just not a perfect fit for my particular lens.
