I'm a fan of grain-based granolas, but KETO doesn't allow that at all. I only ordered the product because I missed granola so much I was on the verge of breaking my program. Not every ingredient in it is on my love to eat list either, so I had no real hope I would like it. WRONG! It's delicious. It's sweet. The monk fruit did its job on that point. There's NO sweetener aftertaste I could discern. I'm thrilled about that. I hate stuff that lingers with a chemical flavor. Best of all, if I hadn't read the package I would swear there are some kind of grain nuggets in the mixture somewhere. It's crunchy. This mix tastes exactly like the granolas I grew to love at vacation B&B's. One ounce makes a nice way to break my fast with coconut milk, a few berries, and a spoon of MCT oil.
