You'll need a T20 torx bit and a car trim tool helps. Make sure you depress the lid release latch handle to separate the top part from the inside part. Go slow when separating the 2 parts so you don't brake off any of the snap connectors. I went from the top to the bottom and used my old release handle with the new screws , just to make sure there were no problems with closing the top. The new one was probably fine I'm sure.
