False. I have had mine for more than a year and a half. ZERO issues. None. No lenses popping out, no breaks at the hinges, no scratches on the lenses. Now, I don't treat them as indestructible and I carry them in a case ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M5DQX6W/ ) all the time, but claims by folks that they are easily broken are made by people who don't take care of their stuff properly.2) Claims of low-quality craftsmanship. False. They are lightweight and they are plastic, no doubt. But the craftsmanship is excellent! I just bought another pair for myself to leave in the car and my parents each bought a pair after I showed them mine. All 4 pair are identical in quality. I sat the original pair I bought next to my brand new ones and could see no difference (except a smudge on the lens I had just touched. And they all come in a leather carry case. I have photophobia and have been getting increasingly bad migraines lately. My eyes would hurt sooo much and in-between my eyes, it would just throb, making it difficult to do anything. I take a homeopathic remedy that had usually really helps and sometimes a few different over the counter pain killers but lately NOTHING was working. Then I read about bluelight glasses and specifically fl-41 migraine glasses and amber glasses. I bought A LOT to try. And these were some of the best to help my migraines. If I wear them before I get a migraine I can stop it completely sometimes,(fluorescent lights are the WORST for me). But if I wear them after I start getting a migraine, they help but then because my migraine pain is in my eyes and in between my eyes, the pressure of the glasses gets to be too much after awhile and I still end up getting a migraine, although not as severe as without wearing them. They are actually not really heavy but when I start getting a migraine, the throbbing in between my eyes can get intense and any weight at all doesn't help. I only wish they looked more like reading glasses instead of sunglasses because i do feel self conscious wearing them in places where I'm dressed up(feels a little like I'm trying to make a weird 'I'm wearing orange glasses inside to be cool 😎 " fashion statement haha). But so far out of all the ones I've tried these help the most.
