It took a little longer than expected to set up, it does take a while to load and it can lag, but it improved slightly after a while. He enjoys using it, and he can operate it himself. However, the worst bit is definitely the battery life. We've found we have to charge it almost every day, because the battery dies so fast when it's not being used, even when the apps are all closed down. That's my biggest complaint, otherwise it's a good little tablet for kids (and adults, although I wouldn't recommend it for adults).UPDATE - So I started to get emails from this company and they offered me either a refund or replacement as I wasn't happy which was great so I took the refund, and then I started receiving harassing emails trying to guilt trip me into either deleting the above comment or changing it to a 5 star review and lying about how amazing the tablet is. I've never had this before and so I've changed it to a 1star review because of this awful harassment. I seen this specifically mention child's tablet so looked further in to it.They've really gone all out in designing this for kids. Firstly the case is the perfect protection it needs. The initial set up allows you to link your own email to your child's and setup up the Google parenting app allowing you to limit content, screen time and get updates on what they install.The best feature is the kids app which is preinstalled that curates content to keep kids interested and engaged. It makes sure all content is age appropriate.
