I love the elastic belt strap it just gives a snug better fit. So iam able to find it at the gym. The reason I added about the carrabeana clip is because we only get 50 minutes at the gym due to lockdown. When entering the gym the longer you take on finding what you need or to get ready the less time you have available to use the gym. So as well as using the gym belt to store my phone, headphones and wallet or bank cards. I also clip my padlock and my towel on a carrabeana clip to my workout belt on the strap that goes around my waist. So that on entering the gym, which is one way. I can find everything and everything is easy access... I just unclip my padlock, add my things to my locker on the one way route to the gym and I havent interupted the flow of people traffic. Trying to pull, dig and find everything I need out of my bag. As I have everything I need ready in my workout belt or clipped on it. Which saves time and doesnt hold the queue up. The belt itself is extremely comfortable as well the gym, I use the belt regularly if I do a workout at home or go for a walk, jog, run or other exercise class and its absolutely great. As it holds your phone, safe and snug, bank cards, coins, a small purse or wallet or bank card holder.
