Review: Happy with this one - Not sure if I'm the best person to write this review because this is my first ever gaming mouse, so I don't have much to compare it to. I bought this mouse to pair up with my Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop and I am very happy with its' performance, weight and balance. The only criticism I have, is that the middle mouse button is a little firmer to press than expected, so you may need to take this into consideration when remapping your keys for gaming. Other than that, I am very happy with it. Also, please be advised that as far as I am aware, there are only 5 mappable buttons (left, middle, right, and 2 near the side where you thumb goes. The 2 buttons below the middle button adjust the sensitivity of the mouse's movement input). Review: I love the shape - I have tried out several now, all of them felt too high and made my hand hurt quite quickly but the shape of this one really helps with that. The app for it on my laptop works very well, I’m able to change the buttons easily and retune it to any surface so it glides well. I also think the braided cable is a great idea. ## Features - Ergonomic: A full-sized contoured mouse that fits naturally in the right palm for a comfortable experience, even over extended gaming sessions - Enhanced gaming performance: Including a world-class sensor and micro-switch the M500 provides incredible tracking performance and tactile feedback - Exclusive design: Textured side-grips offer optimum control, backlighting with 3 RGB zones and a weight of 100g with a 10g optional weight for a more precise reaction - Programmable features: Stay ahead of the game and tailor your mouse to your gaming preferences with 7 mappable buttons for a lightning fast reaction - PC Gaming just got quicker: Up to 16,000 DPI sensitivity and USB 2.0 wired for a quicker response time. 1.8m braided cable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07NLN36LW | | Antenna Location | Gaming | | Are Batteries Included? | No | | Are Batteries Required | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 54,288 in PC & Video Games ( See Top 100 in PC & Video Games ) 4,291 in Mice 11,334 in PC Consoles, Games & Accessories | | Brand | Lenovo | | Brand Name | Lenovo | | Button Quantity | 7 | | Colour | Model specific | | Compatible Devices | Personal Computer | | Connectivity technology | USB, Wired | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 535 Reviews | | Embellishment Feature | RGB Lighting | | Enclosure Material | Plastic | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00193268293830 | | Hand Orientation | Right | | Hardware Platform | PC | | Included Components | Lenovo Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse | | Item Dimensions L x W | 12.2L x 7.4W centimetres | | Item Weight | 105 Grams | | Manufacturer | Lenovo | | Manufacturer Part Number | GY50T26467 | | Model Name | GY50T26467 | | Model Number | GY50T26467 | | Mouse Maximum Sensitivity | 16000 Dots per Inch | | Movement Detection | Optical | | Movement detection technology | Optical | | Network Connectivity Technology | USB, Wired | | Number of Batteries | 1 AA batteries required. | | Number of buttons | 7 | | Operating System | Windows | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product Features | Ergonomic Design | | Product Finish Type | Textured | | Product Warranty | 1 year | | Range | 5.0 meters | | Special feature | Ergonomic Design | | Style Name | Mouse | | Theme | Gaming | | UPC | 193268293830 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Lenovo - **Colour:** Model specific - **Connectivity technology:** USB, Wired - **Movement detection technology:** Optical - **Special feature:** Ergonomic Design ## Images ![Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41J+1Sj25mL.jpg) ![Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/414mex6LZfL.jpg) ![Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41gFcp5FF6L.jpg) ![Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41yJ8XsvDAL.jpg) ![Legion M500 RGB Gaming Mouse - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41DrB+7FBbL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can I close the backlight?** A: no, only by unplugging the mouse... **Q: How long is the cord?** A: The braided cable on this mouse is 5.9 feet long. **Q: I was thinking about buying this mouse.
