Pretty good - best with mixed drinks.  I like that these are made from real ingredients because it's almost impossible to find just plain, clean sodas; especially soda syrups.  Why there are not more readily available organic soda syrups in America I do not know, so if you want to make your own organic soda in American then this is probably your best bet.As far as taste, these are just ok.  The one thing they have going for them is that they actually taste like what's in them - you can taste the roots and herbs, etc.  Not very sweet, but enough to make it enjoyable, especially in a mixed drink.

Syrup was tasty and the bottles are nostalgic.Syrup requires refrigeration after opening.Ginger ale was my favorite. Actually tastes like ginger.
