Just like most of the other reviews say its a bit cheap and flimsy. I have a bullet proof tactical helmet and it fit perfectly. It was very easy to install. However if I were to get into an altercation or hit my head while doing tactical things I don't think the light would survive it. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a light so this was a cool alternative.
