I checked it with the ph strips and after adding the drops it was no different, it was still 6. I called the company about this and they said a man from their laboratory would contact me. I told them best to contact me through email. I did not hear from the laboratory man so I contacted Amazon for a refund of which I received. **Q: What is the full ingredient list?** A: Taste like water and sodium hydroxide to me. An alkaline "booster" will only cause more acid production in the stomach, same as anti-acid pills. Doesn't "pH booster" just sound great? Goes great with your stomach's pH reducer. Biggest ingredient is advertising. **Q: Can I make add into the water of my coffee machine? I wonder if I can boil water with the drops in it...** A: I am not an expert, but I would not suggest to add PH drops to the coffee machine or to boil it. The alkaline drops are basically Potassium hydroxide and Sodium hydroxide. The heat may create some unwanted reactions and change your water PH. The water evaporates and causing metal deposit. You can add the drops to water of the coffee machine, but you will have to check the final PH to make sure that it is still alkaline. And you will have to wash that coffee water reservoir more often. **Q: Drops from this clear PH water have left purple stains on our wooden counter. What is happening here?** A: I have only put 3 drops into a glass of water never onto a wooden cutting board or tile counter.
