I am active duty overseas so it's not always easy dealing with customer service willing to do that for you.what I really like about the powerbreather is the ability to continuously do lap after lap without trying to get a good breathing repetition down. You just put it on and go for as long as you can stand. It's very comfortable when you get used to it you barely know it's even on your head.If you are not sure if you want to get this product rest assured you can try it out and if you don't like it I'm sure they will be no problem to send it back, so what do you have to lose? I will be a powerbreather customer for life!**UPDATE** Received the easier breathing attachment in about a week! First time in the water with the easier to breath piece I was blown away, now I can do endless swimming without taking breath or even struggle for air.
