**Q: Can it be used in bare concrete?**
A: It should be primed first.  Seal Krete Lock Down Primer is a good choice.  It is also recommended to etch smooth concrete prior to application.

**Q: Can this be used on block wall?**
A: I don’t see why not. It’s just a little bit thicker then paint.

**Q: Can it applied over painted cool deck and patch repairs?**
A: As long as the Cool Deck has been previously painted with a water-based paint, yes you can. It can also be painted over patches if that's what your asking.

**Q: Can this be used on in ground gunnite pool?**
A: If you mean inside the pool, under water, then no, it can not be used.  It's not suitable for under water.  On the pool deck, yes, that's perfect.

I used this on my concrete deck. The paint is thick and textured. It went on rather easily with a roller. I did have to do a second coat as indicated on the product. It looks good and is holding up. It’s been about a month so I will follow up later.

It is awful to use very Course and I think not good if you have kids. We thought it would stop the kids slipping however it’s very Course so appears more dangerous with little ones.
