I bought these and loved them, but the charging cable was bad and damage the unit. I noticed the left ear's sound cut out occasionally but not much. It was bearable. The new one came and it's charging port was OK and it still cut out on the left a little, but good enough. So my wife got one too. After a week or two the left ear started failing constantly. I decided to check hers, and it was doing the same thing. (she is hard of hearing in left ear, so was not real aware of this). Despite loving the sound, and overall functionality and battery life etc we just had to give up and send them back. :-(Pros:- really stays in well- more comfortable than insertion type ear phones- decent battery lifeCons- Still hurt after an hour or two, not as comfortable as apple ear buds. This is probably because they are fatter which is why they don't fall out.- Left channel goes silent for a few seconds every 20 minutes or so- Charging cable that comes with it is unusable. Tears up the charging case and insanely short (6"). I had to use something else.- No one want's to talk to me on the phone when I'm using these, so I can take a call but soon have to disconnect these and just talk on the phone ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality, easy to use and great sound *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2019* I like the quality of the product, very easy to set-up and use, comfortable to wear, the bass is super and not distorted, hogs are crisp and balanced, I can’t review the battery life yet, I used them for 2 hours, no problem, I just got them yesterday, I have not used the ear clips yet, they look and feel more expensive than they are, well worth the price.I would recommend this pair of ear buds, they sound better than the Apple wired buds that came with my iPhone 📱 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The BEST!!! *by Z***U on Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2019* Just two weeks ago, I lost my apple wireless headphones and couldn't find them anywhere, so I had to buy another one.
