Will this work** A: these cables should work as long as you measure for the correct length according to instructions.they are for duel cable systems with 150hp motors and above. cables are nice heavy duty.do not remove old cables until you attach new cables to them(zip ties or tape,etc.)and pull them through hull **Q: It says 7 in stock, but,the description says its a special order part that needs to be made. Use ?** A: I used for a single 200 outboard but they are really heavy duty and I believe you could use them on any size made. **Q: Will this replace a rack and pinion dual cable system on a 98 Skeeter 185zx with a 150 yamaha vmax?** A: Check old cable, length is marked at one end or the other. My boat is a 17.5 ft Hydrasport, my cables were marked 13 ft and the teleflex 13 ft was plenty long, after threading through side wall, you have to attach to motor first and then to console.
