Is there anything I can do to make the airflow increase?** A: Maybe the one you purhased was faulty. Compared to others I've used, I found this one no different. I didn't experience any problem though will add, I didn't use it for longer than 30 minutes at any time. Normally I would snorkel for around 90 minutes or longer in an ideal world of travel. It even coped with a choppy sea. Other reason could be position it was joined to the mask. **Q: Does it allow water in?** A: no,the ball on the top of snorkel block the tube to prevent the water entering. **Q: does it have the belt to go around the head ?** A: Mine just came with a loop fastner to attach to mask strap.
