## Description

A specially designed chocolate grinder for homes - now there is no need to buy chocolates. Instead, you can make them at home. Chocogrind is designed with high heat resistant class H insulation in the motor for continuous running up to 80 hours. It also has a timer that can be preset up to 99 hours. Grinding fineness is achieved even faster with the patented conical stones. The auto-motor shut off feature ensures motor safety too.

Review: Amazing chocolate - In less than 24 hours this machine produced creamy milk chocolate. I pre-ground the cacao nibs in a blender first for about 5 minutes to reduce the work load on the grinder. The machine was relatively quiet once the nibs were ground to a paste. The only issues I had was the machine shutdown 3 times during the process after about 15 hours, I'm assuming due to overheating which surprised me as the machine was only loaded with 1 kg of ingredients and operating in an air-conditioned room

So i cleaned it, let everything dry, tyrned it on, added nibs, 5 hrs later added a little sugar and the next morning had our first batch of chocolate semi-sweet. Very pleased. Just a note. Took two months to ship, out of stock.

**Q: Es normal que se caliente la máquina?**
A: Es normal, ese calentamiento hace que la pasta, que al inicio está fría, se vaya calentando y se logre una emulsión para trabajar con tranquilidad, en caso de enfriarse, es necesario calentar el chocolate en baño maría. He logrado un buen refinamiento en 8 horas.

**Q: Can someone post some instructions on how to take this apart to clean it?**
A: I haven't taken it apart. I use a toothbrush to clean the crevices and qtips for tough to reach areas. DO NOT USE HARSH SOAPS. Better to use hottest water possible and let dry completely before next use. Hope this helped.

**Q: What is the max volume of the grinder?**
A: 2 liter

**Q: Is this 110V? I would like to buy but want to make sure this works on 110V outlet.**

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good but beware...

I ordered this as a novice. The item I received was the rice grinder not wet grinder. I cancelled the order and tried to reorder, Luckily the store is near my home so I went there and got the proper one. The timer is only 99 minutes not hours, customer support is difficult to talk to. I made my first batch of 75% dark and followed the instructions in the video. I had to wake up a few times during the night to restart the machine, (it is quite enough to sleep). The chocolate was good but had an acidic back flavor. I then made my batch of Milk and after purchasing a gradiometer to test the viscosity it only took be 12 hours so no I am on my way to a successful venture. I think they should have a source to view more instructions for the beginners.
