Fight Night Round 3 was good, but it didn't showcase the systems full capabilities. Also boxing isn't the ideal fighter to play in a group environment. If you're looking for a game to play with a bunch of friends (physically present) where the rookie button smasher has a chance at winning - this fits the bill. It's just pick up the controller and go! As a past player of Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Tekken (series) I found myself getting out moves instinctively, that was of course followed with lots of trash talking! The graphics are awesome! The DC angle is just genius! This game is pure fun! After a few hours of button smashing and trash talking with a few friends I can report No slowdowns in a very fast 3D game play environment. The character rendering as well as the backgrounds are superb.
