We have purchased several place settings separately to build up our collection over the years. We love and trust the brands Today, I find myself bewildered and disappointed with the two place settings just delivered. They are visibly different, with vastly less gold on the coffee mugs for example. And, these plates are poorly made with a bump you can feel around the plate edge. At this point I am questioning the authenticity of this purchase and am encouraging my wife to return it all. The contract manufacturer for Lenox did a poor job in quality and craftsmanship and ripped us off in materials too. I will share comparison photos to prove my point. It’s really too bad.
