Review: If you are free standing the chock, put some rubber self adhering matting on the bottom to keep it from sliding when mounting. - I am completely happy with this chock. Would highly recommend it to all who want a heavy duty stable chock to hold that heavy piece of iron you may have.

**Q: Will this chock handle a 130 MM (5.12 inch) wide tire?**
A: The bike I use the stand with has a 4.50" wide front tire.  I measured the stand and it is 5.75 inches wide.  I believe it will handle you 5.12 inch wide tire just fine.

**Q: Will it fit my 2015 harley 883 sportster?**
A: It should we used it on Kawasaki Vulcan 800

**Q: Can this be mounted on a trailer?**
A: Yes

**Q: Does this need to be bolted to the floor if used in the garage?**
A: no it is stable as is

This stand works good to hold my bike upright in the trailer so I can strap the bike down with no help. I would not recommend this stand as a stand alone rack to hold my bike in the shop. It holds the bike upright with no problem but the bike is not very stable. If someone caught the handle bars when walking by or a small child got on the bike, it would end up on the floor.
